Adam, Naiya, and Cari holding elements from the CCC death ritual.
From the Colorado Constellation Collaborative, January 2026:
Dear CCC community,
We’re writing to share an important transition.
Recently, the three of us, Adam Harvey, Cari Caldwell, and Naiya D'Antoni—engaged in a death ritual on behalf of the Colorado Constellation Collaborative. This ritual was an intentional act of listening to the organization and what would most support it. This is not an ending born of conflict, but of maturation. We remain good friends and collaborators. What’s shifting is the structure itself. In our sensing, we realized that we have deep respect for all the CCC has been and brought to us and the community, and we have outgrown it. So we took the courageous step to let go of what was ready to die and let it rest. We are choosing to listen to the mystery and will come back together to see if there is a new structure that wants to be born in the spring.
During the death ritual, we read obituaries that we each wrote, celebrated the impact this organization and work has had on us and others, and named challenges that have been there along the way. It was a beautiful and meaningful experience for each of us, that we know is larger than any one of us. Through this, we allowed the previous iterations of the CCC to be honored for all they have been, and released the organization so that something new may grow in right timing.
With deep gratitude, we honor our elders and prior collaborators of the Colorado Constellation Collaborative: Founder Elizabeth Lynn Rohr, and: Elmar Dornberger, Jessalyn Lange, Rosabelle Rice, Cheryl Walker, and Ricki Silber.
We also want to thank and acknowledge everyone who has supported, participated, trusted, and woven themselves into this field over the years. The CCC has been shaped by many hands, hearts, and lineages, and we carry that with reverence.
What this means practically:
Adam will be on sabbatical for the next three months,
During this time, he has a reduced client-load. You can find his website here: https://www.awakeningancestry.com/Cari will be traveling out of the country facilitating and teaching, but will still be seeing 1:1 coaching and constellations clients during that time, and you can reach her at caricaldwellconsulting@gmail.com
Naiya will continue offering constellation work through her organization, Ancestral Weavings.
You’re welcome to reach out for 1:1 constellation sessions or to learn about upcoming group offerings and events.Naiya is also hosting two of her constellation teachers, Ramiro Peralta and Alejandro Alfonsín, traveling all the way from Argentina for a 5-day retreat that utilizes constellation work and shamanism to come into right relationship with Tobacco. Tobacco as Medicine: A 5-Day Training in Tobacco, Lineage, and Right Relationship starts March 18-22nd in Evergreen, CO
If you feel called, we invite you to honor the CCC by sharing a story or memory. This may be a favorite moment, a teaching that stayed with you, or a way this community touched your life. You’re welcome to send reflections to any of us.
Thank you for walking with us, for your presence, and for your trust. We look forward to staying connected in new ways this year.
With appreciation and warmth,
Adam Harvey, Cari Caldwell, & Naiya D’Antoni

Testimonials
My first experience with Family Constellations was profound.
I went into it with no idea what I was about to experience. I left having undergone one of the greatest healing experiences of my life. As someone who works in the healing arts field, this is meaningful.
My encounter with this healing medicine was largely influenced by the quality of Elizabeth and Adam’s facilitation and containment of the space. I felt safe to be deeply vulnerable in a space that was judgment-free, even in a room of people all unknown to me. I credit both facilitators and the other participants who were open and available for the experience.
I strongly value healing in community and this modality of ancestral healing allows everyone in the room to tap into their own intuition and ability to channel other spirits/guides/ancestors/beings. I love that the group participation empowers agency in everyone who is present. Every role is valuable and we heal together. I was truly in awe of the unfoldment of the entire evening.
It is difficult to put into words this experience of real-time healing. I can say that it was a full-on somatic experience where I was literally trembling from head-to-toe with the pain I was carrying in my body. By the end of the evening the energy moved and my body was calm. I watched and felt my co-participants transform into one of my ancestors and a living family member as they channeled them. They revealed things I could not have otherwise accessed, which enabled a tremendous letting go.
I was able to experience multiple healings and have had understanding and context for even greater healing in the weeks since.
